Course Description
Nature and concepts of development, processes of change, approaches/strategies of rural/urban development. Emphasis will be focused on contemporary programs and projects, phases of program/project development and evaluation, preparation of proposals, monitoring and evaluation of projects. It also includes infrastructure development and transport planning as they relate to program/project development.
