If you are in the Philippines:

1. Go to the nearest Land Bank of the Philippines Branch
2. Get a deposit slip and fill it up
   
   • Account Name: CLSU Open University
   • Account Number: 002962-1006-89
   • LandBank Branch: Muñoz, Nueva Ecija
     
3. Pay the assessed school fees due as stated in Statement of Account, which the Open University will e-mail to you.
4. After paying the assessed fees, fax the receipt to this number: 044 456 5242
5. Wait for your confirmation of receipt of payment through text or e-mail.

If you are abroad or outside the Philippines:

1. Go the nearest Western Union Branch
2. Ask for Money Transfer slip and fill it up
• The recipient's name is Flor Amor B. Monta
• The recipient's address is Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, 3120 Philippines
3. After accomplishing the Money Transfer Slip, pay your school fees as assessed by the CLSU Open University.
4. Fax the receipt containing/indicating the MTNC Number to +63 44 456 5242 or email the MTNC Number to: clsuou@mozcom.com or famonta@openuni-clsu.edu.ph
5. Wait for your confirmation of receipt of payment through text or e-mail.
