CLSU Open University enters into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Philippine National Police
The MOU signing was held on March 28, 2005 at the PNP National Headquarters, Camp Crame , Quezon City on the occasion of the 14th Founding Anniversary of the Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management where Solicitor General, Hon. Alfredo L. Benipayo, was the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
The MOU signing was attended by Dr. Flor Amor B. Monta, Director of the Open University, who represented Dr. Rodolfo C. Undan, CLSU President. The affair was also attended by Engr. Christopher M. Tabago, Consultant on e-Learning of the CLSU Open University.
The MOU hopes to improve the quality of service of the PNP, uplift the welfare of its members by providing them with educational opportunities, and help professionalize the organization.

The CLSU Goes e-Learning
Degree programs of the CLSU Open University will soon be available online. Master of Science in Education major in Educational Management and Master of Science in Rural Development will be available online starting Summer 2005, while Ph.D. in Development Education will be offered online by the First Semester, School Year 2005-2006.
The e-learning program of the CLSU Open University will be inaugurated next month (May).
