MODULE WRITING TRAINING-WORKSHOP HELD

A three-day training workshop on module writing for CLSU mentors was held at the CBAA on June 3-5, 2009. Organized by the CLSU Open University in collaboration with SEAMEO-SEAMOLEC (Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Open Learning Center) of Jakarta, Indonesia, the said activity gave hands-on experience into cyberspace development of self-learning materials through the power of multimedia computing.

The resource persons and their respective topics were as follows: abubakar-Principles of Open and Distance Learning; Rismayanti-Self-Learnig Materials Development; Nurhajati-Content Outline Development; Aire Susantry-Graphs and Illustrations; Dr. Flor Amor B. Monta-SAQs and ASAQs: Sample activities and Comments.

In August of 2008, CLSU-OU and SEAMEO-SEAMOLEC conducted a training-workshop on Web-based Courseware Development held at the CLSU ISI. This activity was attended by participants from Laguna, Bataan, Nueva Vizcaya and CLSU.
